As i have seen many posting on this forum that says VSC has received many I-485 applications filed in october 99. Here is my question!!!
My ND is end December 99 and the gap between my EAC number and with those who filed their applications in october 99 is not much. i saw an approval for october 99 which his EAC number was only 40 numbers lower than mine.
So, i just dont understand what\'s taking VSC to process all these applicatins faster. I think only one person is working on i-485 applications and the rest are processing H1-B visas. Please input your comments and maybe you know something which i dont know. i just know this is so screwed up and nasty.
