Can some on tell me INS Number !!!!?????!!!!

I keep seeing messages saying " I talked to INS .." , " Just talked to INS .." and so on. Can someone please tell me what number they are calling. Whenever I try it is always busy.

Any one out there reading the mails posted by others also for a change?????

Unfortunately they don\'t list the phonenumbers.
If you look at your receipts, you will find a phone number.
There is of course the 949 number also, for the automatic voice system.
