Can some body post..sequence of messages changes after card ordered

Status Update 1 : Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been completed. Your BCIS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
Status Update 2 : On MM DD, YY, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
Status Update 3 : On MM DD, YY, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 14 days have passed... etc.
Time frame is variable - can be up to a week or more, sometimes just a couple of days.

An officer hit the wrong key. This message shows up quite frequently (search the forums); sometimes it means nothing; sometimes it means something other than what it says (like an RFE); sometimes it actually means something close to what it says (like they mailed your card, or sent your approval notice, etc.)
