Can some body help me for this.

1) Which check Box I need to check for PART2 of Advance Parole.


2) IN PART 3


. Are you or any person included in this application ,Now exclusion or deportation preoceedings

Which check box I have to select YES or NO


3) for PART 3

We are out of country for just three months in different intervals Do i have to select first choice

Less than 6 Months


4) for PART 3

Which check box i have select 1 trip or more than 1 trip

If I missed any important thing please kindl yfurnish here

No sure if anyone responded yet :

Unless you are facing some deportation issues (which I am sure you are not) you should answer no. Only if INS thinks you have done something illegal you would be in that position.

I would suggest that you indicate that you want to have multiple entries since it is nice to keep your options open.

If you are out of the coutry for less than 6 months I guess that option is fine.

When you leave with the AP ensure that you take with you at least 3 or 4 photocopies. Also at immigration they ask you to go to another room where they process your I94. You ahve to wait for some time but they did not ask me much. Only te guy at teh immigration counter asked me where I was working and who my sponser was, before sending me inside.
