Can RFE responses be sent via FedEx

Does anyone know if the California office will accept RFE responses send via FedEx or does it have to be Us Mail

Not sure if there's an address for FedEx but my wife did her RFE with USPS certified and return receipt. Unless you are under a deadline such as postmark before a certain date, otherwise, sending it via FedEx will not make your case any faster.

If you want it to arrive quickly by US mail and have tracking information, you can use Express Mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
