Can regular & 7th year H-1B extension be combained?

My current & latest H-1B apploval ends 3 months before the six years starting from my first date of entry in US with H-1B status (because of wrong LCA date). I can extend my H-1B just for three months to complete six year term. However, my LC for GC is pending more than 365 days with DOL.

In this case, can I combaine (3 months) regular extension with 7th year extension?
