Can print the fax inquiry

Gurus,

1. I am not able to print the fax inquiry sheet. There are a lot of places where I get small rectangles. The corresponds cover sheet is totally whacked. Any solutions.

2. My priority date is march end. And looking at JIT, is it advisable to send a fax inquiry. My file has not been touched from the time I gave FP in Feb.

yeah. The print preview shows fine. Infact one page prints okay and other gets garbled. Is there any other link of getting these pages.
 
If you can print the first page alright, then just print the fax inquiry page, the others you can look up in the pdf document. When you hit print, select the page number and you should be okay. Not to mention you will save paper.
