Can person work on hourly basis

Hi Gurus,
Could you please advice me if I can work on hourly basis (W2)
as a Full time ie 40 hours a week after completing 180 days on EAD, if RFE comes whether I would be fine, is anybody on the same boat got approved

Well ask your lawyer for advice before taking any decision.
As far as i know you can work(btw i have been working on hourly basis) since before my 1-485 filing

Moreover according to my employer INS considers anything above 55 hours (in two weeks) as full time.

So as per his calculation you should be OK even when there is a long weekend and you cannot complete 40 hours
