Can people post any cases when the lawyer refused to handle their case because of yesterday\'s attac

They can surely not take any case if they want to, but not based on race I guess.

they can simply say NO as far as I know. If they clearly state that it is based on your race, that could be a problem.

Well, since the discrimination laws are for the protection of AMERICANS, we foreigners might or might not be included in. This has always been a gray area based on my knowledge. Theoretically speaking, ANYONE in the US shoudl be protected by this law.
 
because i haven\'t heard from my lawyer since this happened as my 485 application was schedule to go

just a little concerned if innocent people like myself are being affected by this tragedy.
 
Don\'t worry, You can not be worse than who were in WTC.

Some time lawyers are tiedup that\'s why couldn\'t update you. Just give them call next week.
