Can Parents stay with Visa expiring but I94 valid?

Hello,
My Parents visa is expiring in Feb, but I94 is valid till June. Can they stay till Apr/May ?
Could anybody give some valid information about this issue, your help is very much appreciated........

Yes

They can stay till I-94 is valid. Visa is permission to enter the US while I-94 dictates the period of stay in US.

But do make sure they take and keep a copy of I-94 before leaving US. THis they can show once they have to go for visa renewal in their country. This will be their proof that they did not overstay the legal period.
