NO. EB2 and EB3 are decided by the requirements of the position not by your qualification.

I thought you have gone from this forum after getting the approval...or you still waiting?

In my case, you might remember I had to change from EB2 to EB3 since the job advertisment was for category EB3. See now what happened with the retrogression....some more wait since PD is July 2002.
