Two business partners bought a business and received a E2 visa for it.
Years later they married and both their husband and spouse now have a E2-dependent visa.
In case of the death of one partner - what is the legal situation?
Can the ownership of the business be inherited by the E2- dependent husband/spouse of the deceased?
What would be the best legal way to assure that husband/spouse can get their own E2 with tis business?
