Can oath letter be 'forwarded' by USPO?

Does anyone know if an oath letter would get 'forwarded' by USPO or bounce back upon address change if one doesn't immediately notify via AR11?

the CH, NJ office is currently in deep freeze till 5/31.

How would USPO guys know that the letter contains an oath letter? LOL.

The letter looks exactly like any other and *should* get forwarded. That is my opinion. It is not like an unemployment compensation where the envelope is written - do not forward. This envelope from USCIS has nothing on it except the metered mailing mark.

That is my 2 cents.

Hi

For Naturalization Applicants only there is a facility to change or update your address via The National Customer Service Center. I think you should call them.
