Can O*NET codes give us more confidence for AC21 requirement ?

Current Labor certification is:
15-1071.00 Network and Computer Systems Administrators

My target position is:
15-1071.01 Computer Security Specialists


Do you think that the similarities in the codes above are translated into proof of "same or similar" job by itself ?

Seems ok, but don't file AC21, you might be in for a long haul as far as retrogression is concerned, and might want to change jobs again, so don't confuse USCIS, they are already confused folks.
