Can not unserstand INS

[485NoHope]

My firend got his I-485 approved, his RD is Jan 2002, (yes, it is Jan 2002, RD) Texas center. His colleague file I-485 sereral month earlier than him, even not received the FP notice.

The official I-485 processing time published by INS Texas Center is 7/1/2000. My friend is super lucky.

Compared with Texas center, Vermont Center is more reasonable.

My fried from TSC is approved with Feb 2002 RD, Yes Feb 2002 RD. He planned to use the follow to join and now he is stuck as he cannot get his wife if he gets married.

His Lawyer's explanation: may be INS was training some new 485 processing Officers and asked them to approve some real cases from a lot. God knows whats the real reason....
