Can not get birth certificate.

I have a question about birth certificate.

My mother told me that I was born by a private midwife. There is no birth certificate to get. She simply broght me to the household registration place to register my birth. I am wondering how I can get my proof of birth for CP interview. Can anyone has the similar experience share with me? Thanks.

I do not have similar experience.

You mentioned '.......to register my birth', if indeed your birth
was registered, then you should have the birth certificate.

If you were never registered, (OR) unable to get a birth certificate
then you should get a certificate of non-avaliablity from the authorities where you were born.

This non-availability PLUS an affidavit of birth from your mother
will be sufficient for the CP interview purpose.

Research the forum and you will find lot of information on this
subject.

I do not know your nationality, and my comments are based
on my experience as it relates to India.

What Raju has said is correct. I am attaching a sample of the birth certificate here. I am sure it will hold good for any nationality resident.

Non availability certificate as given by a Municipal authority in
the state of AP in India looks as follows.
