A naturalized citizen would not be able to become President. The latest legislation in this is the Presidential Succession Act of 1947. The VP is listed at the top of the list followed by the Speaker of the House and President Pro-Temp of the Senate. An official must meet the constitutional requirements in order to be eligeble under this act. Former Secretary of State Madelaine Albright was for example 4th in line to the succession. But her foreign birth rendered her ineligible for the top post.
Sure it is possible for a naturalized citizen to become vice president. It is constitutionaly not clear if such a person could become president in case of the president's death, resignation, or incapacitation.
