My wife presently on H4 and got H1B to work from October 2007 onwards.
As she is carrying now, we would like to change her status again back to H4 on october by sending I-539 to INS ( that means she came to USA on H4 --> got H1B, but didn't work --> change status back to H4)
My question is, can she change her status back to H1B again within 6 years without applying H1B from scratch like 65,000 quota ? And is it ok in between we travel to india and get stampped any number of times on H4?
