My I-485 has been pending in TSC for 9 months. I just got married and intend to apply for my wife's GC. My wife is in US. I know she can file I-485 to adjust her status here.
However, my question is: Can she file I-824 to go for Consular Processing ? (i would still adjust my status in US via I-485, and she via CP; it will be much faster that way, she will leave US and go to the consulate for an CP interview)
Please can anyone answer, because we don't know what to do...?
