Can my spouse sponsor me if she is unemployed?

Hi,
I am currently working and studying under F-1 status and am married to a USC. She recently found a part-time job but if we apply for a GC for me then she won't have any W-2's or evidence other than the most recent pay checks that she has income, since she hasn't been employed for the past 12 months. Will she still be able to sponsor me? If not, can she use our jointly-filed tax returns showing my F-1 income of $23000, which is well above the federal poverty line, to sponsor me?

Her current income is what matters. Doesn't matter how long she has been employed. If her current income is enough then everything is fine. (She should get a letter from her employer verifying her current income. If she can't, she can use her pay stubs.) If it is not enough your income can be included if it is from authorized work and it will continue after you immigrate.

Question about form 230

Hi
My mom won in Lottery on 2014. My Parents both are retired.
I am filling their forms but I have some questions:
1. in Q. 31b: I am married but I want to go to USA this year, should I mention my name in this question or not?
2. in Q. 39 : what should I write? My Mom is the winner, in my father's form I must mention my mom's name or My father's name?
3. they live in Iran, But I am living in UAE, and because of the security of post service I want to send their forms from here. is it possible? also I want to give my address and contact number, is it a good idea?
4. don't laugh but I want to be sure: I must fill the forms, then send them to Kentucky, with 2 photos and passport copy, as soon as possible am I right? or I must wait for letter from Kentucky?
I would be really appreciate if you answer me as soon as possible
Shima
