Hello everyone - My previous employer 'A' filed a Labor Certification on my behalf (decision is still pending), can my new employer 'B' file an I-140 after the Labor Certification is approved? Many thanks to everyone who answers.

hi,if an i 140 is approved, unsuccesful consular processing, can the consulate overrule, and petition to revoke,if so,can that person apply for a new i 140?or say he or she just want,s to apply for a b1/b2 visa, what are the chances, although the circumstances have change after 9years?awaiting quick response

No, the new employer must have his own LC (PERM) and then file for I-140 after that LC approval.
