Can my Mom appear for the visa interviw alone ?

Hi,

We had taken appointment for my parents visitor visa (B1/B2).
But my father has to cancel his travel plans.

The appointment is just 3 days ahead. Can my mother appear for the visa intervie alone and ask for her visitor visa alone.

We do not require visa for my father now. We are okay with the Visa fee getting wasted for my father.

Pls let me know asap....

She can go alone but cancel ur Dad's appointment.

The visa fees is valid for one year so he can use the same receipt to get an appointment within the year
