Hi! There,

I got my LC finally from DOL. Now, I'm going to file the I-140 in EB2 category. My LC required MS plus 1-year experience. I need help to make sure there's no problem for me with the I-140. Here's my situation:
I joined my company in Feb 1999 as system analyst and got my MS diploma in Dec 1999 (I finished all MS course work before joining the company). In April 2000, I changed to another position in the same company with title Software Developer. Company filed another H1B for my new position. Some experience of my previous position (system analyst) can be directly used in the current one (software developer). In August 2000, I filed my LC in EB2 category based on my current position.
Do you see any problems for me to get the I-140 approved also? If you do, would you give me some advices on how to respond to inquires from INS?

Many Thanks!

Would the job title matter a lot????

My current job title is "Sr. Programmer Analyst" whereas the LC I have has "Software Engineer"...

Do you think that is going to be an issue during my I-140 processing?

Thanks.....
