Can my friend work on my OPT

Hello,
I am currently on my OPT which is valid for another year. A friend of mine got a job and hez asking my social so that he can work on my OPT. His OPT starts after a couple of months. Can he do this so that he gets pay slips on my name? Are there any legal problems with..Please help with this asap.

I am planning to get my H1B done in April.

If you are on H1 visa you have to work just for your sponsor. Even if you want to get a second job you are not allowed. Giving your social to someone else is like having two jobs, which is illegal.
