Can my employer withdraw I-485 without my knowledge?

Guys, I am laid off and on the bench. Can my employer withdraw I-485 without my knowledge? Please advise.

I don\'t think so.

Your employer can not withdraw 485 as it is filed by you. But they can withdraw I-140 invalidating 485 petition.
But don\'t worry, your company has no reason to withdraw I-140 as it was a layoff.
