can my brother sponser me?

hi guys,
i am new to this forum
i have taken appointment for US visa (B2) in august 2006. i want 2 go to US for giving usmle exam
actually my brother who is working in UK is going to sponser me.
does that increase the chance of visa rejection?
or should i get my parents to sponser me?

Most likely - NO!

This is a unfortunate news but in reality in most of the US Embassies, it is posted very clearly in BIG fonts that personal sponsorships are not considered. This may be handled case by case.
