BCIS requires the report directly from an INS designated doctor. In US, the doctors may request report from other doctors and sign it to make it eligible.
But there are a lot of cases that applicants reside outside of US. You should be able to find an official answer from BCIS website or check immihelp.com
if she can take/ bring immunation record with her then she doesn't have to take immunation over here, same thing with TB test, and rest of the test is simple as annual check up, it won't take much time or it's not expensive at all, so best bet would be get as much as documentation like immunation record or test test result and show to physician who conduct test
Thanks for responses- my lawyer says that for adjustment of status, medical check up must be done in the jurisdiction of residence, so one cannot use medical reports from abroad.
However, immunization records obtained from abroad can be provided to the INS doctor performing the medicals.
