Hi , My husband who is the primary petitioner (EB1-OR) had his 485 approved 2months ago.
However I was called for refingerprinting and today was informed that I need to be fingerprinted a third time as the prints are not clear! DO we both have to continue to work for the same employer or can change employers now. Do we need to wait till my case is adjudicated? Any one else in same boat. How many times can they keep refingerprintin g me . They have always done it manually not electronically.K
