Can LLC sponsor H1b?

If a company is a two people's LLC, can this company sponser H1b?
This company is a real estate company and is hiring a IT/internet employee now. And I have backgournd and degree in IT. If this company is willing to sponser me, will USCIS deny it because this company is not a IT or computer related company?

Please give me answers and I will be very appreciated.

No, in fact if the company has it's own (in house) work that is better than working for a consultant.
