Can LC which is more than 6 months old be transferred?

Can an LC that is more than 6 months old be used for substitution or transferred?

LC is valid for ever.

Do you mean appoved Labor certifcation can be used after 6 month of appoval ? yes it can, provided, requiremnt match and it's shouldn't be used for another greencard application.

There is no expiration date for approved LC.....provided other conditions are satisfied...
 
Please take into consideration that the LC has been used to get a 140. Could I still use the LC or do I have to get a new one?

The person that got the 140 has left the company, hence all furthur process had been stopped.

Hi There................

Yes u can still use that LC.

Employer need to inform INS and request INS to cancel previously approved I-140.
