Can L2 visa holders apply to have their application "premium processed"??

I understand you can have your work visa application processed, usually within 15 days, for an additional
 $1000.

any information, please? or is there anyone who is in the same boat? Keen to hear your experiences so far.
I have completed (but not yet filed) a I-765, have copies of both our I-94 cards. Anythign else?
