Can L1 and L2 active at same time??

I got L1 from my company so my wife and kid got L2 .

Same time my wife's comp also offered L1 .

Is it possible to have L1 and L2 active at same time??

If my wife's comp ask's her to leave job after some time can she apply for job through L2??
