Below is my background:
M.S. in Biological science, and had 21 medical publications in international journals.
But, I've not worked for more than 4 years. So, do I still have a chance for NIW petition? Or, what should I do to improve my situation for NIW case, like -become a Ph.D. candidate or --
BTW, a lawyer suggested, it's better I file EB-1 rather than NIW if I can find a employer first.
Thanks!
