Can INS mails be forwarded?

In case i change my address to a new place.....will INS mails be forwarded or not to the new address if i give them the new forwarding address?

All First Class mails get forwarded

Mine got forwarded. The EAD was forwerded to my new address.

My lawyer told me that INS interview letters do not get forwarded. But my sisters greencard (the real card) did get forwarded to her new address.

But not for INS mail

Actually there do have some first class mail specified not forwardable. You have to call INS to change your address.
