Can Immigrant with H1B visa register/start his own business?
Hello friends,
I am a H1B holder working as a software engineer. I just applied for my I-140.
My question is can i register a company and start a new business with my current visa status? If yes what type of company can i register like sole proprietership, LLC or Corporation?
Someone with good knowledge in this subject please guide me.
