Can IIO give details of RFE?

I just checked the INS website and I have been issued and RFE today (11/12). WAC-02-042.

Is there any way of getting the details of the RFE prior to the attorney receiving it? Can IIOs give out this information?
 
I remembered that I read somewhere mentioned that the IIO are not supposed to give the details of the RFE.

So it looked like the only way is to wait for the lawyer to receive the RFE.
