Can i485 pending pay in-state tuition

My wife and I are both I-485 pending. We both got EAD. She is still at school (UT Dallas). I want to find out if she can pay in-state tuition or not. As I know, H-1B and H-4 can pay in-state. But don't know if it also applies to I-485 pending.

It is up to your school. If your school say yes, you just pay in-state tuition while your I-485 is pending. I have been doing so since I got my reciept of I-485. But my school didn't agree me to pay in-state tuition when I showed them H-4 or H-1.
 
Most schools will determine this with your residency in the state. Most of the time it requires that you have lived in the state for at least one year and able to show your previous tax return to pay in-state tuition.
