I was wondering as till what stage does the employer possess the right to revoke an approved 140 petition. In my case, my 140 has been approved and will be shortly hitting the 180 day period for a pending 485 application. I am just evaluating the possibility of the employer revoking 140 when i decide to leave after the 180 day period for a pending 485 application. at that stage, does the employer still hold the right over the approved 140 petition.
I am just confused in understanding as to what stops the original employer from revoking an approved 140 petition of an employee who leaves for another job under the AC21 rule...
