Can I140 be approved twice for same Reciept Number

hello Guys,

I am confused and worried need some information. I applied for concurrent 140 and 485 in sept 2005 and I140 was approved in Nov 2005. My 140 had LUD on 08/10/07 08/11, 08/12 no status change. on 8/13 i recieved an e mail and case status change 140 approved on Aug 13th. on 8/14 Approval Notice send...


Is it possible that I140 be approved twice from 2 different service center. Please advice guru's .Does any one have/had these issue please advise

i have not seen same I-140 approved before.....as long as USCIS is approving you are fine....

Wait until you get the notice. It might be a duplicate or a mistake.

dont worry about status of i-140...

may be they wrongly pressed button to approve I-140, instead I-485
