Can i work on L2 if my husband transfers from L1 to H1

I have an EAD right now and i am working for a company. My husband's H1 application has got through the lottery system. Now if he accepts the H1, will i be still able to continue workign on my EAD (AS it is Valid till 2009) or my EAD becomes invalid...

Please let me know what would be my EAD status once my husband gets his
H1 stamped.

Unfortunately can not do much. You will loose your L2 status and EAD becomes invalid as primary applicant's status changes. You will have to apply for workpermit to work in US
