Can I work on fulltime on H1 and part time on EAD for different employer?

Hi All,


I & my wife have have EAD and she is working on EAD. I am working on H1(fulltime job) and it expires on 2005. Now i am getting offers for consultancy work on part time for different employer. can i work on the second job(part time) on EAD. i don't want to work on EAD for the fulltime job. so can I work on fulltime on H1 and part time on EAD for different employer.

Using EAD for one job requires you to use it for ALL jobs since you will no longer hold H1 status once you use EAD.
