Can I Work On 1099 On Ac21

I might get an offer soon.

Can i be paid as 1099??

Yes you can

use your EAD and work on 1099.

You should talk to a lawyer for your specific case.

In general, all you need is a job offer which offers "idefinate" employment and job is same or similar (including salary).

I talked to my lawyer as well as posted a question on Ron Gotcher's Law Firm site. What I was told is that, I have to work on W-2 for the primary job(Job offer used for 485 approval). Apart from that I can work on 1099 for the second job. In brief, you cannot work on 1099.
