Can I used I-140 ?

I am a regular reader. I have two approved labors of Sep 2002 and sep 2003. My I-140 has approved of labor Sep-2003. Can I use approve I-140 with old labor of 2002? Therefore, I can apply I-485.

Do both the labors have the same job titles ?
