I'll be filing I-130 for my parents but just realized that I have only one notarized birth certificate (showing my name and my parents' names). However I remember that the I-130 instructions specify that there needs to two birth certificates, one showing my name and my mother's name and one showing my name and both of the parents' names.
Can I use this certificate for file I-130 each for my mother and father? It would have my father's name on the petition for my mother, which is not stated as required by INS.
Just wondering how strict INS requires on the filing of each type of documents.
