Guys,
I am just about 3-4 months from my 6 year date on the h1b expiry date, but i have applied for labor so i can apply for 7th year extension. but since my federal has gone to dallas i am losing hope and looking for pre-approved labor.
suppose i find pre-approved labor, would i have any trouble in doing labor substitution in the 7th year ? what is the process ?
