Can I use portability for Future Job?

Here is the case:

GC was sponsored by a different company (not my employer at the time of filing) as a future employee.

It was Labor substitution.

I140 Approved, EAD received and FP done.

I have started working for the sponsor using EAD for about 3 months now.

It's more than 180 days since I-485 was filed.

Now can I switch to another employer?
 
as long as you satisfy AC-21 criteria, I don't see why not. If you are not comfortable talk to a lawyer.
