Can I use Courtesy Copy for PP stamping at Newark?

As per my attorney

We can get our passport stamped with Courtesy Copy.

How long it took to get CC. Mine was approved on Oct 19th. I am still waiting for CC.

You can go any day.
It took 12 days to receive courtesycopy from INS after it approved

I got my CC on Saturday. My 485 was also approved on Oct 19th. May be u have already received it.

Some-one can tell me how long (approximate-time) it will take to get the approval notice from VSC. My case was approved on October 24, 2001. And, who will get the above letter, me or my attorney? What are the documents needed for PP stamping at Newark, NJ???

Hello Ak Islam,

Generally it should come in 4 to 5 days. You should get it by tomorrow. [My friend got like that ].

As per my attorney , i can go with C.copy and Valid PP, Driving Licence, Two Photos and EAD & AP(if you have one).

If you hear other than these, let me know.

Waiting for CC. Approved on 10/26. Expecting by 11/02
