Labor substitution is a grey area. If the qualification match a labor substitution would have no issues. However in this case there are more chances of an RFE getting generated. If using this sub is your only option, I would suggest yuou perform a edu evaluation before filing for 140.

If the independent evaluation agency qualifies your experience as equivalent to a Master's degree you would be out of trouble.

Consult a good immigration lawyer before filing.
Wish you luck and post ur experience.

As suggested above, consult a good immigration attorney to
evaluate your chances with this LC. Having used a substituted
LC myself, I see a problem with your case. Normally experience
can not be equated to a higher degree. But you need to look
at the exact wording in the LC.

Get the qualifications evaluated and talk to an attorney.

Correct, experience can not be used for higher education. I got rejected at I-140 eventhough evaluation to my credentials including experience were equivalant to MS.
