Can I Use Advance parole as ID for I551 Stamping?

Passport in under Renewal for my children. Can I use Advance parole as an ID for I-551 stamping? Thanks for your help

not sure i understand. you need the passport for stamping, if you dont have the passport, there would be no stamp, and it does not mater if they accept AP or not, they cant stamp anywhere

I don't think you can since they need the applicant to do fingerprint. They need to identify the ppl is the right person, but probably USCIS accept their own ID. Call 1-800 # before you try.
