Can I use AC21 ?

Hi Gurus,

Here are my dates. Please let me know if I can change employer using AC-21.

I140/485 RD 01/10/2004
I140 AD 09/15/2004

As you can see, It's been more than 180 days since I140/485 applied (concurrent). But, it's not more than 180 days since 140 approval. Do I have to wait till 180 days after 140 approval, before I can use AC-21 ?

180 days after filing 485.
